What it actually does
- Texts back a missed call. The moment your line rings out, the caller gets a text from your business number instead of silence.
- Sends a booking link. They pick a slot themselves rather than waiting for you to be free.
- Chases the quote. A quote you sent on Tuesday gets a follow up on Thursday without you remembering to send it.
- Writes it down. The job lands on your calendar or in your CRM, so it is not on a scrap of paper in the truck.
- Asks for the review. After the work is done, at the moment the customer is happiest.

The build takes two to three weeks, and most of that is waiting on the phone carriers rather than on me. Business texting in the United States has to be registered before a single message goes out, and that approval is the slow part. I do the paperwork.
Which monthly tier
Kept running at $149 covers the text back, the follow ups and keeping the thing alive. Booked and logged at $299 adds the booking link, the reminders, the write back to your calendar or CRM, and the review ask. If you take appointments, the second one is the one you want.
How it works
- We talk. I ask how calls reach you now and where they get dropped.
- I register it. The carrier paperwork for business texting, done properly.
- I build and test it. With your real number, and you see the messages before customers do.
- It runs. You get a monthly note on what it caught.
Workflow automation beyond the phone
The missed call product is the common one, but the same toolkit handles the rest of the busywork: intake forms that file themselves, quotes assembled from a template, invoice reminders, review requests, moving data between two systems that do not talk to each other. I build these on n8n, which runs on your own account so you are not renting the thing that runs your business.
That work is quoted per job. Tell me the task you keep doing by hand and I will tell you whether it is worth automating. Sometimes the honest answer is no.
The rules I work inside
Text messaging to customers is regulated. A customer calling you is what permits the text back. Automated marketing blasts to people who never contacted you are a different thing, they need separate consent, and I do not set those up. Every message carries a way to stop it.
